Parking Lot Snow & Ice Removal

Our team uses a 1 cm trigger to monitor snow buildup and pushes and piles the snow to appropriate area of your parking lot during overnight hours to minimize disruption to your business. We understand that snow piles can become hazards and eyesores, so we haul off snow to an off-site location when stockpiles reach maximum height. If there is no placement for a stockpile, we remove it from the site immediately.

To prevent slipping and sliding, we apply generous sand and gravel after each lot cleaning. We take care to ensure that stockpiles are not obstructing vision, entranceways, or posing a hazard to you, your clients, visitors, adjacent landowners or the public.
